Actually this is Ukrainian restaurant (good start, eh?). They have different kinds of home food. The portions are huge and the decoration in the restaurant is very different compared to other restaurants – in a very positive way. You kind of find yourself from Ukraine when you enter Pelmenit. Go there and you’ll understand what I mean. Ps. Russian pancake is my all time favorite.

If you are not that hungry, BLINit is a very good place to stop for Russian pancakes. They have also soups available. The whole restaurant has fun look and the chef makes the pancakes front of you.

Troikka is very authentic restaurant which is not as expensive as Saslik - let's say it's middle priced restaurant. Here you'll get vorschmack and wild boar.

Saslik is probably the most legendary Russian restaurant in Helsinki. From their list you can even find bear.

Starters from 8€, main dishes as expensive as 98€. We’re talking now very good quality Russian restaurant. If you have your company’s credit card, go to Saslik! In Finnish there’s a saying: “Firma maksaa”, “Company pays”.
