Helsinki is pretty new with Japanese cuisine. Sure we have had sushi for a long time, but Japanese cuisine is much more. Maybe it's lack of skills of knowledge for making Japanese dishesh, or because people are happy with sushi. Japanse cuisine in Helsinki is still waiting for it's boom.
