Grillin' on an island

Did you know there are around 300 islands that belong to Helsinki? Neither did I.

Before having a boat was upper class hobby. Nowadays young adults have started to invest on boats as well. Summers might be short, but that's a good reason to live them full on. And what's better than going sailing? Or sailing and visiting the islands.

A must thing to do in the summer (once or many times - rather prefer the last one) is to get some grilling goodies from market (halloumi, feta, sweet potato, spring onions herbs, oil...), grab your fishing rod and hop on in a boat. Land on one of the beautiful islands and go fishing. After you get a fish (and if not, maybe it's also good to buy one from the market  for just backup), heat the grill and don't burn the whole island. There are usually grilling spots in the islands, but if not, you can make your own on the rocks.

And what's better than this? Nothing. There's absolutely nothing that is equal to a day in a island of Helsinki. It kind of feels like you're far away, but still the city is right there near you. It's so relaxing.
