Finland is pretty flat thanks to the Ice age. Still there are some good rocks to climb on and it's pretty popular hobby nowadays. During winter you can continue this hobby inside. During the summer - just find a spot! 

 

Climb outdoors Meilahden kiipeilykalliot (you must have your own gear)

Climb indoors in Salmisaari or in Kiipeilykeskus. For bouldering there's a nice place Boulderkeskus.
