Neighbourhoods
Helsinki is divided to 59 reighbourhoods. Since the early 1990s reccression in Finland the city has improved and taken steps to become more like European city. But is it a good thing? Change will happen anyway.

 Viikki makes you feel like you're in the countryside but you're only 5 km away from central Helsinki | Like Kreuzberg in Berlin, Kallio was before the place for cheap rents and relaxed atmosphere with a hint of dodgyness. Now investors are eating Kallio's soul. |
