Finnish crisp bread
You've probably heard from it. They sell it even in Japan. I used to hate it, seriously. From my point of view it tasted like cardboard. At school I would never eat it. Then, after 20 years something happened.
I noticed organic crisp bread at my local market. I never eat bread, but this as a evening snack works well! Here's how I eat my crisp bread:
2 crisp breads (organic)
Cheese
Pickled cucumber
Poached / boiled egg (organic)
Salt & white peppes
Dill to finish
With crisp bread the fantastic part is that it lasts long, so when soft bread starts to mold after short while, crisp bread keeps on rolling! Or actually the bread with mold is rolling... so crisp bread stands still! Something to have in your closet always.
