Breakfast culture is pretty new in Helsinki. I mean before breakfast was considered as porridge. And there were stands: "breakfast porridge 1€!"

But then something happened. Brunch culture arrived in Helsinki. And it took over the city. But now this boom is starting to fade. Maybe because of smoothie bowl and eating healthy trend. So actually that porridge culture is making a return.
