Avocado pasta

 

This food become a phenomena in Helsinki. When this recipe was published by Alexander Gullischen in Helsigin Sanomat all super markets ran out of avocados in central to downtown Helsinki. No other food recipe has become so huge media boom like this. Ever. Banana pancakes tried but couldn't reach the same level.

You'll need:

​

Pasta

1 Clove garlic

1 Lime

2 Avocados

Chillies

Black pepper

Salt

Olive oil

One hand full of basil

Pecorino

Parmesan

(yes, both of them!)

There are measurements for these but you know your taste. Mix the sauce together, so chopped garlic and chillies, avocado, herbs and spices, lime, oil and grated cheeses and place your al dente pasta in the bowl. There you have it - the taste that took Helsinkians mouth.

(And gave some extra kilos to some of them. I never understood this dish. Maybe some day I will.)
